Our process & standards
- Every product here was researched against manufacturer, regulatory, and retailer sources, with the ingredient list captured as printed.
- We use sources in that order: the manufacturer first, then regulatory records, then retailers. A claim only counts as the brand’s when the brand makes it.
- Formula readings come from that ingredient list through a fixed set of rules, the same ones the consultation uses to match products to people.
- Cost per ounce is computed from dated price observations and compared only against products of the same type and size class.
- We sell nothing here. Nothing on these pages is paid placement, and no brand can buy a position, a badge, or a chip.
