Refresh coily hair between washes
Refresh selected coil lengths with a leave-in labeled for damp between-wash use, without rebuilding the whole style. Extra oil or cream layers are optional.

Step by step
STEP 1 OF 3Lightly dampen one section
- Read your leave-in directions; set clean water, the product and a towel within reach. Bring a small side section forward.
- Mist its lengths lightly, away from your eyes, until evenly damp rather than dripping. Set the bottle down before handling hair.
STEP 2 OF 3Smooth the leave-in through
- Spread a small label-directed amount between your hands. Support the section with one hand and smooth the other down its lengths.
- Leave the roots alone. Repeat only on sections you want to refresh; do not pull through a knot or add an automatic oil layer.
STEP 3 OF 3Release and let the hair settle
- Let go of each section and allow it to dry loose before covering or tying it. Wash excess product from your hands.
- Check the feel once dry. If it is coated or sticky, stop layering and return to your usual washing routine when needed.
About 2–5 min hands-on for lightly dampening and smoothing a few coily sections, checking the finish and cleanup. Add full drying for refreshed areas; a whole-head restyle is separate.
You’re done when…
The refreshed sections are released and fully dry before covering; no extra layers are added just to complete an order.
